MULTIPLIER EVENT – HR180 BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
As part of the Youth for Peace in the Mediterranean Sea Erasmus+ project, HR180 Business Solutions held its national Multiplier Event on Saturday, 4 October 2025, at Diwan Al Masri in Amman. The event, organised in collaboration with the Al Masri Social Committee, Haya Cultural Center, and the European Union, brought together youth leaders, educators, and community figures to celebrate the spirit of resilience, creativity, and peacebuilding that defined the project’s regional mission.
The evening centred around the story of Abdulrahman Masri, a young man from Gaza and winner of the Youth for Peace Video Competition. His artistic and humanitarian work became a symbol of courage, hope, and perseverance in the face of hardship. Abdulrahman’s participation demonstrated how youth creativity can serve as a tool for peace and healing across the Mediterranean.

During the ceremony, attendees were moved by his personal journey and his contribution to the project’s wider message of intercultural understanding and solidarity. The event featured opening remarks by Eng. Alaa Al Masri, a keynote speech from HR180, and messages from regional partners. The evening concluded with a tribute and award presentation honouring Abdulrahman’s outstanding work and positive example for young people worldwide.
The event gathered 106 participants, including 56 women and 50 men, representing diverse sectors of Jordanian society. Most participants were between 18 and 30 years old, joined by older attendees, parents, NGO members, and local leaders.

Among the guests were youth activists, students, social workers, and cancer survivors, alongside representatives of community organisations dedicated to youth empowerment and social innovation. The presence of families and friends of Abdulrahman added a heartfelt community dimension to the celebration.
Feedback collected during and after the event revealed strong emotional engagement from participants. Many described the celebration as a powerful reminder that art and empathy can bridge divides and inspire action for peace.
Participants expressed admiration for the Erasmus+ Programme’s focus on youth-driven cooperation and called for more initiatives that highlight human stories of perseverance and creativity. The collaboration between HR180, Haya Cultural Center, and Diwan Al Masri was praised for creating an inclusive and inspiring atmosphere that reflected the project’s values.

Visibility of the Erasmus+ Programme was ensured throughout all stages of the event. The Erasmus+ logo was displayed on banners, invitations, certificates, and digital media.
During speeches, organisers emphasised the EU’s contribution to youth empowerment, intercultural dialogue, and peace education. The project’s connection to Erasmus+ was also showcased on social media and national news platforms.
The Multiplier Event in Amman captured the essence of the Youth for Peace in the Mediterranean Sea project — transforming youth creativity into a force for unity and empathy.
Through storytelling, art, and dialogue, the event honoured a young man’s resilience while reaffirming a shared regional commitment to peace, inclusion, and the power of human connection.
The ceremony stood as a moving example of how Erasmus+ projects not only strengthen skills and cooperation but also touch lives, inspire hope, and bring humanity to the centre of education and youth work.
