Creating the “Youth for Peace” E‑Book: A Resource for Promoting Peace Education and Social Justice**

As part of the *Youth for Peace* project, we embarked on an exciting journey to compile and share successful practices in peace education and social justice across the Mediterranean. The process began with the identification and selection of existing  good practices—projects, activities, events, or games that had already been evaluated and validated for their impact. Each participating organization, representing eight Mediterranean countries, contributed three carefully selected good practices. These practices were thoroughly explained, including details on the target group, benefits, tools used, and their overall impact.

The culmination of this work is the creation of an e‑book titled *“Peace Education and Social Justice: Good Practices from Eight Mediterranean Countries.”* This resource draws on the collective experience of the project partners and showcases a variety of innovative and effective peace-building initiatives from across the region. The e‑book is designed to serve as a comprehensive guide for young people, youth workers, and educators, offering practical examples and insights for fostering social justice and peace education in diverse communities. To ensure accessibility, the e‑book has been translated into multiple languages, including Arabic (in five dialects: Jordanian, Tunisian, Moroccan, Egyptian and Lebanease), Italian, and Spanish, allowing the resource to reach a broad audience and support peace-building efforts throughout the Mediterranean.

This e‑book not only highlights the success stories of each participating country but also serves as a tool for inspiring future initiatives. By documenting and sharing these good practices, the *Youth for Peace* project aims to strengthen collaboration, empower youth leaders, and foster a more inclusive, peaceful Mediterranean region. The e‑book is a vital step in ensuring that the knowledge and experiences of young people working for peace are preserved, shared, and built upon for years to come.
